Course Overview
Module three of the Volunteer Engagement Training Series focuses on crafting compelling and descriptive volunteer descriptions and developing outreach strategies to get the right volunteers in the door. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Acquire tools to get the volunteers you need in the door
• Examine trends in volunteerism and how they might inform opportunities and outreach
• Develop position descriptions with a Volunteer Experience Lens
• Explore targeted recruitment concepts and consider potential audiences
• Develop an Outreach Strategy
