Pay Range: Starting at $18 per hour (Raise potential at 90-day evaluation)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:30pm
Start Date: As soon as possible

Project Helping is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve mental wellness through volunteering. Do good. Feel good. Our team focuses on making this mission incredibly accessible through in person volunteer experiences and Kynd Kits. Kynd Kits are volunteer projects in a box delivered right to a person’s front door. We offer over 40 different Kynd Kit options that benefit various populations in need.
Position Summary:
The Kynd Kit Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for assembling, packaging, and getting Kynd Kits ready for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our volunteers. This role requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment. The specialist will be part of a dedicated team committed to supporting Project Helping's mission of improving mental wellness through volunteerism. This position involves hands-on work with inventory management, production line assembly, shipping processes and collaboration with team members to meet production goals.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Carefully package products on an assembly line to ensure they meet quality standards.
Organize and replenish supplies as needed to maintain a smooth production process. Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies to management.
Working with a team of 8-12 people: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Inspect Kynd Kits for accuracy, completeness, and quality before they are shipped out.
Ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Provide regular updates to supervisors on production progress, issues encountered, and suggestions for improvement.
Other tasks related to Kynd Kits may be assigned based on demand and workflow.
