• A little color

I’m grateful for the moments that let me see the distance between who I was surviving as and who I am becoming.

There was a time when the future felt unreachable, mostly because I had never been given permission to imagine myself fully in it. I didn’t know what it could mean to live as myself without shrinking, explaining, or disappearing.

So beginning my first Pride with who I am carried right at my fingertips feels small and enormous all at once. A little color. A lot of becoming. A quiet reminder that I made it here.
