Welcome to Kynd Hub by Project Helping. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and community services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kynd Hub is a social platform designed to facilitate volunteerism, community engagement, and wellness through “Kyndness” activities. The Service is provided by Project Helping, a [Insert State, e.g., Colorado] non-profit organization.

- BuddyBoss Profile: Your profile information (name, avatar, and bio) may be visible to other members of the community depending on your privacy settings.
4. Community Conduct & Content
As a member of Kynd Hub, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harrassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitations or “spam.”
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Interfere with the enjoyment of the Service by other users.
Project Helping reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these standards.
5. User-Generated Content License
By posting content (text, photos, or updates) to Kynd Hub, you grant Project Helping a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
6. Volunteerism and Physical Activity Disclaimer
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in volunteer activities or “Kyndness” challenges may involve physical activity. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
- No Employment: Participation in activities organized through Kynd Hub does not create an employment or independent contractor relationship between you and Project Helping.
- Insurance: You are responsible for maintaining your own insurance coverage for any activities you choose to perform.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Kynd Hub name, logo, and original content, is the exclusive property of Project Helping and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Helping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or participation in any activities discovered through the platform.
