      Gratitude

      I’ve been thinking lately about how lucky I am to work with such genuinely wonderful people. The kind of coworkers who make hard days lighter, make me laugh when I need it, and show up every single day because they truly care about the people we serve. Getting to do meaningful work is one thing. Getting to do it alongside good humans is something I never take for granted. 💙
