What We Will Do:

Whether you’ve volunteered with us dozens of times, joined us once, or are brand new to Project Helping / Spark and curious about getting involved — you’re invited!

Join us for Cheers to Volunteers: A Toast to Kyndness!, a casual, drop-in celebration of the amazing people who make our community possible.

This event is all about connecting, celebrating, and showing our appreciation before the holiday season! Stop by to meet other volunteers and the Project Helping team, enjoy some snacks and refreshments, learn more about ways to get involved, or simply hang out and celebrate with us.

Want to get a little Kynd while you’re here? We’ll have a variety of Kynd Kits available for you to explore and assemble. Pick a kit that speaks to you and jump in for as much or as little as you’d like. Participating in a Kynd Kit project is completely optional — you’re just as welcome to come by, grab a snack, meet some great people, and enjoy the celebration!

New volunteers are absolutely welcome! This is a great opportunity to get to know Project Helping, explore Kynd Kits, meet our team and other volunteers, and discover ways to get involved without committing to a traditional volunteer shift.

This is a drop-in style event from 5:00–6:30 PM, so come when you can and stay for as much or as little of the evening as you’d like!

Please sign up even if you’re only planning to stop by for a little while. Registration helps us keep track of attendance and make sure we have plenty of snacks, refreshments, and supplies for everyone.

– Discover upcoming ways to get involved
– Enjoy snacks and refreshments
– Or simply hang out and let us celebrate YOU!

What to Bring:
Just bring yourself! Come ready to connect, celebrate, and maybe spread a little Kyndness while you’re here.

Where to Park:
Parking is available in front of the warehouse building. You are welcome to park anywhere in the front lot.

Where to Meet:
Come right inside and join us! The front entrance has Project Helping signage, and our team will be there to welcome you and get you checked in.
